Our Wines: 2005 Pinot Gris
| The bouquet of this lively Gris displays a wide range of fruits - bannana, apricot and melon with an excellent mouthfeel and good acidity. The wine enjoyed a long cool fermentation in stainless steel and was allowed to rest sur lies for six months. This is a great wine to get things rolling, and with an unapologetic alcohol content of 15%, it's an easy way to get people talking. |
