| Bordering the black European truffle inoculated shrub roses, holly oaks and hazelnut groves, Truffle Hill is planted in 5 acres of Wadenswil and 1 acre of Pommard Pinot Noir. These grapes contribute lively fruit and subtle earthiness to the resulting blends. Future plans include a new tasting room with a professional kitchen where estate grown ingredients will be featured. An additional 5 acres of Chardonnay are planted in an ancient sea bed, near the top of the hill, and 3 acres of southwest slope are devoted to Pinot Blanc. Back to Our Vineyards |
