Left Fielders Wine Club Terms and Conditions

There is no sign-up fee, however I agree to accept a minimum of two packages during the calendar year to remain active. Payment will be billed to my credit card prior to the release of wine. I authorize a charge of $.01 to be charged and then voided from my card to pre-authorize the transaction.

If I select to have my package shipped, I understand that it will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated, and it may be held at the winery due to weather conditions. I am responsible for all applicable shipping and handling. Note: Wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older; we suggest shipping to a business address, if possible.

I understand that if I elect to pick up my club package but am unable to do so within 30 days of notification my wine will be shipped and I will be charged for shipping and handling, unless prior arrangements are made with the Left Fielder Wine Club Administrator.

Cancellations must be received by email, phone, fax, post or via the online club system 14 days prior to the processing date. If not received 14 days prior, the final shipment will be charged as scheduled.

Left Coast Cellars reserves the right to request additional necessary information to prevent discontinuation of membership.
