Left Fielders Wine Club Terms and Conditions
| As a member of the Left Fielders wine club, I agree to the following terms and conditions: "I understand that if I select to Pick-Up my Left Fielders wine club allocation, but am unable to do so within 30 days of notification, my allocation will be shipped and I will be responsible for applicable shipping and handling fees unless prior arrangements are made with the Left Fielders Club Administrator. If I select to have my allocation shipped, I understand that it will be sent UPS 3 Day Select for all states not neighboring Oregon directly. I will be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges. I authorize a charge of $.01 to be charged and then voided from my credit card to pre-authorize the transaction prior to shipment. " |
